I was involved in the development of the brand for freemee cosmetics, an Upper Austrian start-up, from the very beginning. The company was founded in 2020 by beautician Hannah Aitzetmüller and Patrick Pangerl and specializes in rose-based natural cosmetic care products. My task was to develop the entire visual identity of the company, including the design of the packaging, analog advertising materials and the online store. I worked closely with the two founders to ensure that the design met the brand’s high quality standards and reflected their vision of natural beauty and environmental awareness.

The requirements for the brand design were diverse: it had to be timeless, modern and of high quality to reflect the premium image of the products. At the same time, it was important to communicate the brand’s environmental awareness and sustainability, as the packaging is completely recyclable and decomposable. The brand’s core message was defined to clearly appeal to the target audience and convey the values of freemee cosmetics. Working closely with Hannah and Patrick allowed us to shape the brand to their exact needs and ensure it would delight their customers.
The ongoing management of freemee cosmetics’ brand identity is an ongoing process to ensure that the brand remains current. Through my expertise in graphic design and communication strategy, I was able to help the company establish its presence in the market and successfully market its products. Despite the complex requirements and challenges during the process, we managed to build a strong and unique brand characterized by high-quality products, sustainability and innovation.
We got to know Simona around 3 years ago as part of our brand development and were impressed by her flair for design and aesthetics right from the start. Despite our sometimes not so concrete ideas, she knows what needs to be done and always exceeds the end result expected by us and our clients – ALWAYS! I would describe Simona herself as reliable, precise and honest! I couldn’t imagine anyone else for our designs, websites, print media etc.!
