“007 – Mission abHAKt” was the exciting motto of the BA Linz-Auhof prom, which took place on 17.11.2023 at the Palais Kaufmännisches Vereinshaus in Linz. The collaboration began about six months before the prom, when I started planning this unforgettable event together with the committee. In addition to the general branding, I was allowed to design all printed materials such as posters, program booklets and the graduation newspaper. But that wasn’t all – on the evening itself, I was also responsible for immortalizing the prom together with a small team. We photographed and filmed the graduates, recorded the performances in an evening report, took studio photos and set up a photo box so that the students could take souvenir photos throughout the evening.

In keeping with the theme of the prom, the design was chosen in the style of James Bond, which did justice to the elegant and exciting theme of the evening. The entire design of the prom was geared towards representing the atmosphere of a James Bond film. In keeping with this, a location in a movie theater was chosen for the theme shoot to capture the charm and excitement of the famous spy films. I created the design accordingly to reflect the glamor and sophistication of James Bond in every detail.
During the collaboration, I was in regular contact with the students on the prom committee to ensure that the final product met their expectations. Their ideas were carefully considered and their continuous feedback allowed me to remain flexible and make adjustments. The implementation of the project required a high level of professionalism and creativity, making the prom “007 – Mission abHAKt” an unforgettable event that will be remembered for a long time to come.
Simona and her colleagues supported us very well in the preparation for the prom and were a great help especially with the yearbook and the motto shoot! She and her team also took wonderful pictures on the prom itself and filmed all the performances! Great value for money and a friendly team
